The terms of service were last updated December the third of 2020 by RVR TRADING LLC, a Washington limited liability corporation (“Team RVR” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and, without waiving or releasing any right or obligation under our previous terms and conditions, do hereby amend and restate any such prior terms and conditions.
You agree to read and retain these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you received, understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions which govern all of our services and our website.
We do not provide investment advice, and asking for such is a violation of our terms and conditions.
GENERAL
By using our service, you are legally bound to these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement between Us and You. You agree to follow all applicable laws while using our services.
To use our services, you must be over the age of (18) years of age and be a legal citizen of the United States. By using our site you agree that we may communicate with you from time to time by e-mail, phone or any other method we deem fit. You agree to receive email and newsletters from us from time to time.
“Server” shall refer to any and all chat servers which are operated or created by us.
“Channel” shall refer to individual chat rooms and pages within our Server.
“Service” shall refer to any product we provide to you including but not limited to our website, teamrvr.com (hereby known as the “Site”) or our server or any other product or service.
“Employees” shall refer to those who work for Team RVR and receive a W-2 form.
“Member” shall refer to managing members of RVR TRADING LLC or “Team RVR”
“Customer” shall refer to any user of our services.
“Agents” shall refer to any authorized person acting on behalf of Team RVR.
“Team RVR” shall refer to RVR TRADING LLC.
LICENSE
When you become a customer of Team RVR, we grant you a limited license to use our services for your own personal use. Use of our services for any use other than your own personal use is not allowed. If you are using our service outside of your own personal use, stop immediately and exit our service. We reserve the right to revoke this license at any time and for any reason without explanation. If you violate our Terms and Conditions, your license to limited use is hereby immediately revoked and you are to immediately stop use of our service. By using our service, you give us the full rights to any and all content in which you create while using our service or which is posted on our service. Any content you post on our service immediately becomes our legal property. This being said, we will not be held responsible for anything you post while using our service and you agree that you are liable for any and all damaged caused by you while using our services. If your payment is declined or does not process by your due date each period, your license is automatically cancelled. This does not cancel our payment agreement. Your payment method will be re-tried, two times and then your account will be cancelled. For accounts that are past due and make a payment to bring their account into good standing, their license shall automatically be re-issued as long as all Terms and Conditions are met and followed, however, we still retain the right to cancel your license at any time and for any reason without notice and without refund.
Trials: We may from time to time offer trials. At the end of the trial, your card will be charged. Trials are limited to one per customer per household. If we find that you have abused the trial system by using a trial on more than one ocassion or attempting to bypass other security measures, your card on file will be charged automatically for the membership you trialed for and if your card is declined, your membership will be cancelled. We reserve the right to ban you from our Services if we find you are abusing trials.

You understand we do not offer refunds for digital products. You understand that we will not issue you a refund for a service period that you did not cancel prior to renewal and payment processing. You understand it is expected of you to maintain your subscription in a responsible manner as failing to do so incurs additional expenses for the business. You agree not to issue any disputes due to your failure to cancel in a timely manner.

All alerts including challenges or those sent as part of a challenge, are governed by the “CONTENT” section of these terms and as such are not investment advice. In addition, any targets or goals advertised should not be interpreted as advice and one should not assume that these goals will be reached. The goal of these challenges is to bring the group together to learn from the trades made as a form of education. Some or all of these trades may be fictional or theoretical. You should not expect your results to be the same as those advertised. Entry prices and exit prices and profits and losses may differ from yours. You should not interpret any challenge as an invitation for you to follow along other than paper trading. On occasion we may enter a position and not disclose when we exit. We make no promise to inform you in when we enter or exit any position. We have no obligation to share any of our entries, exits or holdings of any security. Alerts may be posted or published otherwise on the Server or other means. You understand that Team RVR, it’s Employees, Agents Customers or Members can not guarantee the accuracy of the information contained within these alerts due to the ever-changing conditions of the market. Team RVR may post hypothetical results from these Alerts which we can not guarantee the accuracy of and you should not assume that your results will be similar. LAW
Any claim under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise related to the Site or Team RVR shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and shall be exclusively resolved by a state or federal court located in Snohomish County, Washington. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Snohomish County, Washington, or another location of Team RVR’s choosing, for the purpose of litigating all such claims. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that Team RVR shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction. Except as otherwise provided herein, you agree that any controversy or claim, whether at law or equity, arising out of or related to the provision of services or materials by Team RVR, regardless of the date of accrual of such dispute, shall be resolved in it entirety by individual (not class-wide nor collective) binding arbitration. If any part of this agreement is found to be illegal or void or otherwise, that part of the agreement will be modified to make it enforceable and if a competent court finds that the modified portion is void or illegal, the remainder of this agreement will still remain intact.
