How often are alerts sent?
Alerts are sent between 5-10 times per week. It varies depending on market conditions.
What are the main type of trades you do?
Swing trades and Options trading.
What is the time frame of a typical alert?
Alerts typically range from two days to a few weeks with some going up to a couple of months.
Is there a free trial?
We do not offer any free trials as we are committed to ensuring our current members enjoy an exclusive and premium environment.
Is cancelling easy?
Of course! While we never like to see a member leave, life happens and we understand. We pride ourselves on our ease of cancellation. Memberships can be cancelled within the app with the click of a button, they can be cancelled using your initial registration email or by e-mailing [email protected]. You will NEVER have to call some hotline or go thru any hassle to cancel with us! But trust us when we say you wont want to cancel!
How often am I billed? What are my options for payment?
Your card on file will be charged each month on your day of sign up. We use Stripe, one of the largest payment processors in the country to process payments securely and safely. This means we handle less of your information which is good for everyone involved! We do not accept Venmo, Paypal or any other form of payment other than Credit/Debt cards through Stripe.

How are alerts sent?
We use an app called Discord as our main platform. On Discord, alerts are sent inside of special channels ear-marked for alerts and accompanied by a push notification to your device so you never miss a beat.
