We accept order cancellations prior to shipping out your order. To cancel an order please e-mail [email protected] with your order number and request to cancel.

For Defective Products:

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

To send back the product, contact [email protected] and explain the defect in detail. We will respond within three business days with an electronic return shipping label that you can print. The customer will be responsible for printing this return label. Securely pack, attach your return label and place your product in it’s original packaging. Customers will not be required to pay for return shipping. We do not accept returns of used products. We do not charge a re-stocking fee. Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving a return. We will refund the original shipping costs if applicable. We process returns using the same form of payment method used for the original purchase.

For “Customer Remorse”:

When you purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital sales are final. You agree to allow Team RVR and our third party providers to store and use your personal information and agree to all of the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to cancel our service at any time. We reserve the right to modify or change our service at any time. We reserve the right to change the cost of our service at any time and without notice. Changes in price will not affect current subscriptions and only to new subscriptions. We will charge your card on file right when you make a purchase. When you purchase a subscription service with us, you are purchasing a digital product that will be billed to you periodically based on the period chosed on the same calendar day each period or in the case of non-calendar days, the day prior. We immediately issue you a revocable license to use these services upon your agreement to the terms and conditions and payment. You agree that your card will be charged periodically until you cancel. You agree that you are responsible for cancelling your service in a timely manner. We are not required nor are we obligated in any way to provide you a refund.  Your account can be set to cancel at any time.
